what should i buy to set this thing up. I wanna make some potent bud so i wanna use a 400hps/mh for flowering and veg. will that fit in the home box small??

Buy a quality strain to grow. A clone from a dispensary would be best.

What are the dimensions of the tent?

Heat may be an issue. You will need intake and exhaust fans. Small fans to move the air inside and to mimic the winds in nature. The movement of the air will cause the stems to grow stronger.
CFL's for vegging are a way to reduce heat during veg stage.
