Looks fantastic :hump: They are not overdone at all. You still have a while to go yet. I hate to say it but you need a few more weeks.

im not sure when exactly i planted them but its been a while. i bought a microscope today and i could see that the trichs are cloudy and clear. how long do you guys estimate til i start to flush them?

how long has it been flowering for or since you started your 12/12 cycle? White Widow takes 9+weeks to flower.

I recon still 2 weeks to go here mate.. Look like lowryder of some sort am i correct ? You've done a great job for your first grow mate.. Rep +

typically start a 2 week flush when trics start turnin amber
Really! I was under the impression from research that mostly milky/cloudy trichs and a small amount of amber are the best stage to harvest. If you flush another two weeks from this peak time then it may have too many amber trichs.

Very pretty flowers. I always wanted to take a plant like this wrap it up like roses and give it to a girl that smokes.

Nah it depends on what type of high you want but with white widow you probably want that stoned high (my favorite). You want those trichomes to be 50/50 amber/cloudy for the stoned effect. Give it 3 more weeks at least.

What seedbank is that WW from? That plant is a sativa. heres what mine looks like from marijuanaseeds.nl

depends on what kind of high you want from your weed

These plants (4) have been flowering for 40 days under a 400 Watt HPS light.
They are snow white from Nirvana. I seem to be stuck at some stage. I don't (using 60 power) see the dense trichomes that I would expect to see on the leaves. . Of those that I do see some appear clear & some appear cloudy. None appear amber. The buds themselves have long white "hairs" but very little amber. I only started using the microscope about two weeks ago. I don't seem to see that much change in growth. I'm using fox farm nutrients following their instructions.
Dumb as this sounds could I be in a degenerative state and have somehow passes the proper harvest time? Some of the fan leaves are getting brown around the edges. The plants are about four feet tall. Am I just impatient?
I'll follow up with some better pictures later today. I hope someone out there can give me some advice. I did read in another forum that snow white can take 9 weeks to flower. Is that possible?

Thanks to all, O2

Hey buddy...that looks just like my white widow did...I started flushing too early...If i were you I'd keep giving it nutes until you see some ambers, then flush! I wish I would've went back to nutes for a few more weeks before i flushed...It was good weed, but it would've been better had i let it go a few more weeks! Looks great though!:hump:

yeah i would say two weeks to go but i would allow it to go an extra week after for more crystal production. Looking good to will be a great smoke.

Christ. you stop feeding nutrients 2 weeks prior to harvest time and from then on use only water or molasses if you like or purplemaxx or whatever you preffer to add to your water and when the amber glands start to appear, let it mature to your liking and cut it that simple. I cant imagine somone waiting for the plants finish to start thier flush. Its way too late by then.

These look done. You should've harvested two weeks ago!

Now the serious part:
These are just little babies, you've got a long ways to go. Just keep feeding and waiting. When it starts to look like MJ you're getting closer. Right now yours don't look like shit. Calyx's haven't swollen, nothing doing yet brotha. Keep on, plants look good, their grower just needs more patience.
