lowryder 2 outdoor grow

eh... didnt really do anything!! lol. but

we are in the 8th week!!! and not close to finished!! i am assuming that it is due to outdoors slow shitty weather, but the weather has really picked up since then and they are all growing pretty well.. but like i said, lets look at the 11th week to be finished, august 14th . any predictions on if it will be finished by then just by the way that they look? or we need more pictures?

Take your time dude no need to rush, let nature take it's course,as global warming is real making the outdoor weather seen very unpredictable,it's starting to pick up trust me dude

i check on them every now and then, and they smell SOOO fruity!! the one that i have on my roof is getting SO much sun, and is so much larger than the others,

they were all at the same location for the first half of life, then i removed the male and female i chose to mate together... put them on the roof, and those two just blew up, leaving the ones in the swamp in the DUST. so goes to prove that more sun later in the life of a lowryder will just up the growth and potency to regular... so maybe if grown indoors, and you dont want to large, use smaller wattage up untill they start flowering strongly, and then hit em with the good lights, this would make LARGE buds, and small plants.

Sounds good to me for my indoor grow. Imma gonna try this technique! :peace:

potency may be hindered, but that will be determined. i just went up and checked my little seed producing female.. took some pics..

yeah thats been 10 days since those last pics, look at the growth!!

i foliar fed it twice since the last ten days, with blue mountain organics, flower power. i think it really helped, but the problem is that plants will grow with or without these super nutes, so i cant tell if it is helping!! but it grew a great amount and looks nice!. ..

do those hairs on top that are browning, could that be due to the male that i pollenated her with? i just did another hard pollenation like 2 days ago(FYI)

Nah, torwards the end of flowering (when the buds are about ready to be harvested), the pistils turn reddish/brown...Has nothing to do with pollenation. The calyx on the female swells up, containing the pollenated seed.:peace:

so how do i tell if the calyx is swelling or if its just regularly large? whats a normal size for a calyx, got any saved pics of a pollenated vs non pollenated?

don't really have an answer for that one...maybe someone can help us out here...

yeah its a problem... i wish i could tell if they are pollinated, if not theres nothing i can do about it in respect to putting more pollen on the females, but if theres no seeds being made, i will just pull them all at the perfect time, rather than let the seeded ones go longer than normal.

I read about a technique of pollenating females. Using the paintbrush and camera film canister method, brush the pollen ONLY on the lower branches. When the bud is ready to be harvested on top, pick off those buds and leave the lower buds to grow out some more. This will allow the seeds to mature and viable. Then harvest the lower buds when ready. Hope this helps.

ok so i pulled the tops of of 3 of the plants, i will attatch a crappy picture of them after trimming, right now they are water curing and should be hung up 2mrw.

i have spider mites, what do i do with the other plants? can i just spray my organocide on them, then wash off the dead bugs later? tht my plan. thanks!! :)
