need help asap

k i just got 2 clones they were in rockwool cubes i transplanted 1 into soil and kept 1 in the rockwool kuz i didnt feel comfortable transplanting the 2nd 1 but wen got them they had a bit of yellow and one of the tips had about 1cm of brown dryed out leaf i just need to know will it still grow fine and also its been an hour ive had them they were bot the same color wen i got them now the one in rockwool is lighter its the same colour as the 4 plants i started from seed the one in soil is pretty dark green wat does tht meen

This has happend too my clones when they got too much heat, could also be a nitrogen deficiency?

will they be fine i also forgot to mention tht hey were grown in hydro under hps and i am growing with cfls

They should be fine, just keep an eye on them... eventually wanna get it under a MH, then a HPS too bud, toss some pics on here if ya can

ya ill try and post pics tongiht i just dont have my camera right now but what about the darker plant do u have any idea y ones lighter and ones darker like they bothwere as dark as the dark one now but now one looks like my plants from seed
