Nute burn buds?

I'm starting week three of flower and the buds have been showing all over the place then today I'm seeing what kinda looks like orange or red hairs coming out the ends of the big white hairs not sure if this is nite burn or is it normal growth?

Or the Plants were pollenated right fried?

from everything i have read, that too. i've got one that i pollunated that reded up good.

sounded like to me he is going to flower it for 16 weeks and he is on around 8 weeks now.
