Sweet smelling PPP - Not so sweet..

I harvested the pure power plant the wednesday before last and hung it in the attic, It was smelling good - very sweet smell.

Now after a week I popped it in a freezer bag over night and I doesnt smell so sweet anymore - more like a bag a wet grass funnily enough.

Is there any problem here or is this normal? I have laid it out since then to dry further and in the bag again too..

it's not completely dry. air it out, and cure. grass smell should go away in a week or two.

What length of time would be considered as normal for drying and curing?

two weeks hanging, 1-2 months curing.

So, About a month to two months veg,
2months Flower,
2 weeks drying
Then 1- 2 months Cure...

Im gonna need more plants and more lights....

I was eyeing up big bud seeds, anyone tried these?

Dry it a little more and then use a paper bag . Not plastic.
