Hiya I seem to be having some sort of problem with a plant I am growing. Not quite sure what the problem is I am hoping maybe one of the great people on RIU can help out , Its currently in the 2nd week of flower, theres no bugs/mites, I'm using a 400w HPS. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am by far a expert! I just started my first grow. I would say its either a lack of Phosphorus (p). Or if u spray ur leaves with nutrients its prouble a to strong of a formula.

Edit: Not an expert!

Did those leaves fall off by themselves or did you pull them off? The details about temps and humidity, and feeding/watering schedule will help, along with a pic of the whole plant.:peace:

PH to the max-- check the ph levels of the solution you use to water. a lot of ferts will lower soil ph pretty bad. Also try giving nutes at 1/3 strength for a couple of waterings.

ALSO

how often do you water??

I pulled them off myself to take some pics of the more damaged leaves, It really only seems to be doing it on the lower half of the plant. I have had some heat trouble, heating going up to 90° a few times and staying in the 80's during mid-day. On my other grows I have no used this room, its kind of a first run thats why only have 1 plant in there. I'm gonna put my 1000w hps in there cause it has a cool tube to vent out the lights heat. My 400w just has a reflector, that seems to be a big issue, and the humidity stays around 45-50% during the day but goes up to 60-70% at night. Gonna have to either buy another dehumidifier or move my other over for now

I water about every 4 days and water with PH at 6.5, next time i water I will have to check the runoff (which will be tomorrow)

Honestly, with the exception of a few damaged leaves, overall she looks pretty healthy. The leaves start to die in flowering anyway.

Yeah she is doing good looking healthy. Just some leaves have been making me worry a tad. But its just the lower half, the rest of the foliage looks fine

too me it looks like lack of light and over watering... also IMO if the vast majority of your leaves are fine and you have some dying off thats normal...

I could prob stretch the watering to every 5-6 days but not lack of light the HPS I am using is about 6 inches from the top of the plant on 12/12. I turned off the hps to take the pics.
