I don't even know what Phil is talking about when he brings up Oxycontin. He is comparing Oxycontin which is a highly addictive opioid to Cannabis which is less addictive than caffeine and impossible to overdose on; and somehow makes a case that "legalized Oxycontin" is somehow a model for legalized cannabis.

It is difficult for me to take a pseudo doctor seriously who wears black shoes, blue socks, black pants and a blue blazer on national television. The fact of the matter is someone is buying what he is selling. He has been on the air for 7 years with his own t.v. show, self help books, and he grossed $80 million in salary last year. We can see through his shit - Unfortunately for us, he has a following that gobbled that shit up.
