Cops don't need a warrant to enter your dorm room permitting the school tells them it's okay to go and search. When living on campus you agree to all sorts of crazy terms. Considering the fact that their was a supposed gun sighting I'm sure the school took it real serious and just okayed it to be on the safe side. When I was in college the cops busted in my neighbor's room and confiscated all his weed. He wasn't even present. The school just let them in. Most likely someone just wanted to fuck you over and said you had a gun. In any case, I'm sure you're going to be fine. I doubt they'll kick you out of your room for "CO2" canisters (just stick to the story that they were CO2 and not nitrous). You should be fine. Make it clear someone mistakenly identified you as a gun owner while someone else in the dorm is running around at large with a deadly weapon. That's how I'd handle this situation.

Schools and dorms are private property of the school and/or state... therefore the same rules don't always apply as if you owned a house.

Not on campus... But I'm looking into it. I did eventually give them consent when the cuffs were brought out, was a little bitch and got intimidated by two cops.

Ya peter i hate to say it but you sound like you always get yourself into shitty situations. You need to learn how to be more calculated cause if not your gonna end up in the big house.


Also with how much you have happen to you i dont know if its the best idea for you to have a gun, i know personally if i had a gun it would only take one person to piss me off before i pulled it out and made a dumb mistake. Something to remember, truly soak this up and think about it long and hard, life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. Having a gun is only going to make you more probable to shoot someone.

no2 is not illegal anywhere nor is it considered to be a controlled substance. nor is the abuse of it considered illegal at this point in time. no2 can be bought over thecounter by any adult. so even if they do decide to call them no2 im sure that there is no rule against making whipped cream in a dorm. so there is obviouslt no charge to be had by the police. you can buy 9mm shells when you turn 18 although the pistol isnt allowed until your 21. although there may be a zero tolerence policy on campus and any gunpowder is grounds for dismissal
