where can i buy an international pre-paid creditcard??

the title says it all. where can i get an international pre-paid credit card? i bought the greendot walmart crap and when i went to buy the seeds. DECLINED!

you might have to register online it to do online purchases or internatl transactions. otherwise try a netspend card. their website will tell you where you can get one. many check cashing places offer them i believe also.

Pretty sure the cards from Wal-Mart have to be activated by calling the number on the card and then entering the activation number on your receipt.

nah, that wont work, i bought one to order from online grow stores and it says right on it that it can only be used in the continental us. including mail and/or interernet orders. i had no problems with it though, everywhere i wanted to get something from was in the us. it sometimes takes a day or so for the online transactions to be approved. its acceppted anywhere visa is in the us.
