yeah haha don't sweat it, i saw the pictures of his shiva shanti and it looks nice but its too big for his grow box and he ran out of space less than half way threw flowering so i am the one laughing in the end

Flowering: Day 31 Sorry there haven't been any pictures or updates in a few days, i was out of town. Alana and Becky are doing really well and are producing lots of buds for such a small plant. The white hairs are getting really long and i can see little popcorn buds on the nodes. Sorry my camera sucks and is only 7.1 mega pixels and also has a horrible auto-zoom setting that i cannot unset. Each plant is now getting 400ml with every watering. This seems to be the appropriate amount for them to drink every 48 hours. Other then that they seem to be coming along pretty well now, it took them a while to start budding but they were only in veg for a very short amount of time

damn.. everythings looking good man.. especially for your 1st grow!! thats awsome.. yea ive got like the same thing as you goin on.. i only vegged for like 3 weeks.. and just started flowering them about a week ago.. think its day 9 now.. im praying that theres at least a couple females. i got 4 all together.. i was the same way as you tho about LST'ing my plants.. i was hesitant because i didnt wanna ruin my plants. but i ended up trying it with one of them.. and it came out pretty good soo far.. i got pics of it in my journal if you want to check it out. but your plants are looking really good.. and i love that you ost pics up like every day or every other day.. it makes it soo much better of a thread when you actually get to see what someones talking about. and you get to see every little change that happens i have 6 baby plants growin now too in a box.. im gonna try to lst/top some of them and see how much of a differnce it makes. all mine are bagseeds too from some mids. well deff keep up posted.. ill be stoppin by daily cuz i have no life and nothing better to do. lol. thanks i really appreciate it! i got lucky with the two females, but im sure you will get at least 1 (it's just the odd's). Yeah i hate reading a thread and only seeing pictures like every third or fourth page- it gets really old. And the plants are just starting to smell too as you will read in the next post. Thanks for stopping by.

haha, well for those of you who are not familiar with the term headies, it means really high quality high potency bud. The 400ml is defiantly doing the trick and keeping the leaves looking nice, and the tiger bloom is working wonders. Both of them are still growing which i cannot understand, I guess i am not certain when they will finally stop growing but i had to adjust the lights again today.

Flowering: Day 34 MMMM smelling nice. Only the bud sites smell though, not the leaves or anything yet. I did not want to risk getting caught with the smell, even though you could not smell it outside of the fridge, i still hooked up the carbon filter. Let me know what you think about it. I wish that the ducting i used was shorter so that more air could push through the carbon filter, but i can still feel a tiny breeze at the bottom of the filter. Other then that i did not give them water today, i will tomorrow. Top colas are bulking up and Alana grew an inch again yesterday. I am very confused why she is still growing at that rate, its very strange. I had to raise the lights for the second day in a row.
EDIT: Mom smelled them prior to me hooking up the carbon filter, but now that it is hooked up its 100% smell proof. GOD i love carbon filters.

Flowering: Day 38 Looks good. Smells nice. Not too stinky. Carbon filter is amazing. Water schedule working well. Tiger Bloom working well. Bulky top colas, bulky main stem. Not too much else on Becky, Alana has two side colas that look nice. Becky smells more.

Flowering: Day 39 Not much news to report. Everything is coming along, i wish i would have veged them for twice the time, but i didn't. Anyways i like how the crystals on the leaves around the top colas look. Plants got 400ml today. Looking around for some auto-flowering seeds in the Toronto, Ontario area. Please reply if you know of any places.

Nice grow man. So how's that foil working out for you? I know you said it's not tinfoil but something like it. Was there a reason you went with it since the inside of the fridge was probably already a nice reflective white? I learned from my grow that you want the least amount of heat capture as possible.
I didn't read the whole thread but I'll try to get through it eventually. I'm subbed now and I'll be stopping in to shoot the shit and to pick up ideas.

thanks man! the reason i had to use the tin foil tape is because the plastic inside the fridge melted from using and incandescent light bulb on accident ahhaha!! i had to keep the walls from cracking open and it was also burned brown. Also the white on the inside was only decently reflective. Heat hasn't been a bad issue yet thank god, and i am about to chop em down soon, their almost nine weeks old.

just harvested the plants, my only regret is that i didnt flush the nutes out before i chopped them, but i had no choice but to chop due to the fact that i am going out of town for 7 days and nobody would have been able to water them for me. The wet weight of the buds, which means very little, is officially 46.9 grams. I am hoping for 10 grams dry, but i really just dont know at this point how much weight the buds will lose. The plants never really smelled, which was interesting. It is definitely a sativa strain because of its incredible fluff. I will post detailed pictures of the final product once it dries properly and cures. I will also post final weight and smoke report in depth. The total time of growth- Alana was 74 days old, Becky was 70. Both plants flowered for 8 weeks and 4 days. Happy new year.

After 3 days of drying the plants now weigh 10.2 and 12.8 grams, so 23 grams total between the two. I anticipate some more weight loss but their drying really well and have lots of purple and orange

Damn not bad though. I'd be happy with 20+ grams of "free" smoke. Congrats!!

HARVEST Hello all. Here is the much anticipated (lol jk) harvest. Right now Alana weighs out at 12.8 and Becky at 10.2, But they both look pretty decent. They have lots of purple in them, and for a bagseed first grow i think i did an alright job. + rep if you think it was a solid first grow. I smoked a piece of Alana (.3 to be specific) and was couch-locked. I'll be sure to post a smoke report when their cured. Also- the buds are sooo sticky, i really like it. And sorry the pictures suck i am not good with auto zoom, i'll get some real nice shots up when their cured.
