Ya, looks like it. Always make sure your dark hours are absolutely 100% dark. Any light leaks will cause this situation. But, there are other possible reasons too.. Plant stress, genetics..

Doesn't look like any herm I've seen. Either way, if you don't get any more wierd things I wouldn't worry.

I have 2 more females in with this one should i take it out or just keep close watch on it this is my 1st grow I've read everything i could find about it and still don't know what to do

I have read that its possible to make fem seeds from a hermie is that a tuff job or just some more reading I did to confuse me ?? It was and is the only one i have seen on it and it looked like a shell is all there wasn't anything inside it !!

First, I wouldn't remove or kill the plant until you're sure it's hermed. One strange sac isn't a sure thing. The ones I've seen really look like little yellow bananas, and they sprout in bunches, but I haven't seen everything. I honestly think you will know without asking if you have a herm.
You can and will make seeds from an unchecked hermie, but a few seeds won't ruin your bud. Also seeds from a hermie will be like 99% female, just don't use seeds from the herm itself.
