as far as i know...the earthquakes are supposed to be completely normal. that yes, the 8.8 was a big quake but not outside the realm of "normal" i think that the reason it seems a bigger deal is because of the equipment we have now, and the speed at which we can get that information online. and tilikum had a history of being aggressive. it wasnt the first time he'd behaved that way...so i dont know :(

I just saw another killer whale attack on CNN, no death but it was being aggressive to its trainer supposedly, or I heard wrong.

oh, i didnt know there was *another* one  do you happen to have the link to the cnn thing? i'd really like to see it...i dont know, maybe with all the moving and shaking they're a little more on edge than usual?

i was thinking something about the quakes the other day. i was reading some stuff on ATS, and there was a guy who was talking about how the numbers of quakes seem to be about the same, but the average magnitude of them seems to be increasing...i wonder if that has anything to do with the rising numbers in population? i swear sometimes its just like mother nature is saying "piss off humans, i've had enough of your shit" and just tries to shake us off...like a dog with fleas...

The world and all the tings in it are mad and want us all to go away. One day the world will just take a shit and git rid of us. Punishment for killing and pumping toxins in to the world. LOL

Can't find a source which is bugging me. I must have heard wrong. Wasn't there an earthquake in Japan the same day the one happened in Chile or something too?

yep, japan got a 7.0 i think. there were a couple in the 6 range in argentina, one in afghanistan around 5.8, and i think pakistan got one too. oklahoma got a 4.4, there were TONS that day. around 90 (mostly considered "aftershocks although most were 5.0+) in chile alone i think...it was a big day.

Ya we had it coming with the whole killer whale attack hahaha, I find it funny watching everyone bicker on Larry King about whether killer whales should be set free or not.

And I guess there was an earlier attack with that killer whale at seaworld but they never mentioned anything about it till that gal died or whatever. It's on cnn, I can't find my god damn changer....

did you hear what happened to free whilly? She died starving and lonely travelling all over looking for humans to hang out with. Cant let them go. They cant take the disease in the ocean or the hunting. I heard it grabbed her ponytail. That is some shit.

the 8.8 earth quake changed the tilt of the earth... I'm just saying Nastrodamas, the bible, hopi indians, Myans... seems pretty small minded of anyone to blow off all these past warning about this time.

The process goes like this:
1. Big event catches everyone's attention, news viewership sky rockets.
2. News entertainment co's start a mad dash to find similar stories and air them constantly.
3. Humans, who are not able to cope with chaos try to find order in the mess and see a trend.
4. Sories dry up and issue disappears.
5. Rinse.
6. Repeat.
