Hydro Nutrients in Soil???

its fine, i think its the other way around u cant do. sum soil nutes have sea kelp and other additives that cause algae.
 
Just make sure you stick to the correct ratio as recommended by the manufacturer and you'll be fine. The plants wont know the difference. I would start with 50% of the recommendation for your first watering you with nutes. Watch your plants - if you don't notice any nutrient burn (yellowing tips of leaves, abnormal growth) go ahead and bump it up your next watering. Every plant can respond to nutrients differently, but hydro nutes are meant to be absorbed in water, and will do just fine in your soil.
 
Yes, it's the best way to know for sure you are getting a "complete" fertilizer. Most soil ferts are not 100% complete.......
