I feel ya with that Azamax dude I only had money for a little bottle last time I went to a hydro store, and then I realized that a little bottle is a single dose for me. Not my idea of a good time spendin 20 bucks every 2 weeks to keep fungus gnats and spiter mites out.

Yea Boomer, the patients at the dispensaries seem to go for the "coffee shop" buds. The one's they can show off for the color and smell. The guy that owns the collective I go to, said that the patients picks anything puprle so I am sure the more purple the more it will be wanted. Other than that the smell and name is important. They had some cranberry Ksuh that smelled like it was curred with cranberries ( it smelled like a jar of cranberries) that was a big seller for them. So I grabbed an 1/8th over a month ago. Tasted like shit, harsh as hell and short head high..I still have all but the one bowl I smoked. However, I got some banana kush from dispensary in Clear Lake that didn't smell like bananas, but did have a smooth sweet taste and it was amazing, so far the best I have got from a dispensary. I also got some incredible cinderella, but for the most part you can tell that most vendors are trying to get the best yeild and the most colorful buds.

but thats interesting feedback u got with the cranberry cure and shit. same type of thing bak in highscool guys used to use orange rhines for moisture control in big bags they dealt and the shit smelt like orang so it gave a false mindset that it actually tastes like ornge. shit bak then i didnt know or care about the name of a strain. shits changed alot since then... anyways im not lookin to fool anyone i just want great smoke for myself and others. but im all about experimenting. so we will see.

Yea, I used half of the big bottle..it's the 110 dollar bottle I have found that 5 or 10 ml per gal work as preventative, but once they are in there I have to up the dose. I also sprayed sucrasheild on the top of the medium after I watered in the azamax. The little fuckers started hoppin all around when I watered in the azamax, then I hit them with the sucrasheild. I will have to see how it loks tomorrow. I thought the mister I installed n there would control the gnats, but appearently it doesn't. I have been trying to find some dmn gnatrol, but non of the hydro shops around here have it. I guess I will have to order on line. I might try the masquito dunks in the mean time.

I know what you mean, weed should smell like weed. The strain derived odor is subtle, so when ever I run accross something that smells like candy or fruit I know they did something to it, and I don't want to smoke orange peels..lol I am interested in seeing the color that comes out with the purple maxx you are using.

Looking super great Raider. Been really really busy with work.

When are you planning on adding the screen. I usually cut the 3 holding sticks so I could start training at a much shorter height.

By the way the CJ is filling up the screen fast. She need another screen for flowering for sure.

Thanks bender. I won't be adding the screens until the last translpant. The new clones are in 6" coco pots and will be moved to 1 gal smart pots and then to 5 gals smart pots right before flower. I am behind though, because the first round of clones didin't root. So I will probably veg for 10 days in the flower room after the last trasnsplant. I do the supercropping before and topping ealry on, but don't usually do any weaving until right before flowering and during the stretch.

That CJ looks great man! Nice work on the training. I don't have the horizontal space to start the weaving as early as you do. I am still removing buds shoots to make room in my canopy now.

Oh, I wanted to ask you bender. If you cut the holding sticks, how do you support the screen?

LOL I thought you meant you removed them completely. I am thinking they might be a little shorter than I would like actually, but am sure they will work out great with my 5 gal smart pots. Here is a Chem Dog that I am training now. Unfortuantley due to the clonning issue I had, I have a couple that are a head of the rest. So I started super cropping this one.

well im not using the purple maxxx yet and havent bought it. its just sumthing thats been recommended so if i do try it ill prob test it with one plant but idk how im gonna pull that off unless its handfed

Watered tonight with the following in ml per gal.
10ml-House and Garden A/B
3.8 ml Budxl
5ml Cal/mag
5 ml Bloom organic sweet
3 ml silica
.04 ml drip clean

Oh, and I added 1 tsp per gal of GoGnats. I treated night before last with both azamax and sucraheild. I did not see any of the larvae but did see a few scraggler gnats.

Yea, it does look fatter. We will have to see how dense they turn out this round. I was supposed to add the top booster yesterday, but I didn't realize until I was mixing nutes that I was out of top booster, so I will not be using it this round. I will be starting shooting powder next week. The Mango is def lookinng like an 8 week stain verses the pk and bd which is 9 week. I may take the tops off the mk at 8 weeks and let the lower stuff go another week with the rest.
I just got back from golfing in the rain..thank god for some great bud to make even the worst day of golf, a marvelous adventure!

Thanks Boomer. I do think the mango finishes at about 8 weeks which is when I pulled everything last round. This round I will either cut all the mango or the top ones and let he rest go 9 weeks. The plan is to run the pk and bd 9 weeks, but as you know they will tell me when they are ready.
