I'm assuming he's talking about law on Medical Marijuana in Michigan. We are allowed to have 12 plants a patient with 2.5 ounces of "usable" bud. Its pretty fucking stupid but O well, what can you do?

I agree, it's stupid. The only way to do it is a perpetual grow, stagger it so your next harvest is cured as you are running out. And that's still damn hard to do. Lucky for me I keep my tolerence low and don't use much so 2.5oz will last me pretty much a full grow cycle.
You have to be careful too, because it's how the cops then the courts rule on it. If you have your 2.5 dried and another 2.5 drying or curing you know they will say you are over.

But the police have busted people for being over there limit because of unrooted clones, that's the point, regardless of what knowledgeable people know to be true and fair the police don't care and will call it as they see it.
ok you're right, i guess uncured, dry bud would be usable...i smoke uncured bud a lot cuz i get sick of waiting
