i'd think one thing is pretty sure, DEA will likely need to strike some deal with the state
does DEA plan on taking up the slack from the state enforcement that goes away?
doesn't seem likely, they can't keep up with it now
i'd think there will be a limit to the size of a 'recreational dispensary' that DEA will allow
if they try to be hard asses, then Cali gets no tax revenue, which probably would start pissing off a lot of residents, even more then now
