My plant is wilting? Why?

Alright so this morning I took it out of it's area where I have the lights for a regular cleaning. I had to leave some where so I left it by the window sill. When I came back it looked like the pic below. I had just watered it yesterday so it can't be thirsty, but maybe I over watered? Any suggestions? Help?

try and just let it be , you may have over waterd it. what soil is that? looks like its not very good stuff. soil may be the reason your plant isent happy if it is the soil i would consider buying better stuff for when you transplant

It's MG moisture control. Not the best, but it was working just fine days ago.

Well I'm vegging 20/4 right now, and will be switching to 18/6 in a couple weeks, then 12/12 of course for flowering.

what are ur temps? what is ur humidity? whens the last time u watered and the time before that.any bugs around. if ur room is hot ur plants will wilt. if they cant take up water as fast as its cooked out of the leaves. and if ur humidity is high it even harder on ur plants. so many things u really need to give more info.

it could be from over watering like was said. looks to me like you dont have any peralite mixed up with that soil! mix 1/3 - 1/2 peralite for more proper drainage...

I already mentioned when I watered so read again, temp is 75-80, relative humidity is around 35-40, no bugs, and room is cool as 75-80 isnt very hot
