Grow box

i only have one tube that drops right over the plants about 5" above in the middle i need to make some type of splitter to run to each plant..then go up to maybe a gallon jug..

Wouldn't a smaller bottle (Say, a plastic 20oz coke bottle) with a higher mixture of yeast, sugar and water, put out co2 at a higher pressure? I figure a higher concentration of co2 in a smaller bottle would allow more pressure to build up, so the co2 would be distributed at a faster and more through rate.

I'm going to throw a couple pics of my cabinet up here, see if it gives you any ideas. Its made out of 3/4 melamine. You can measure what you need for your door, and tell them at home depot to cut it for you they only charge you like $1 for the cuts. then buy some hinges and mount that thing on your door. Mine has weather striping around the door to stop light leaks.

To keep the heat down in my cabinet, i have to move a lot of air in there. So it seems that the co2 will get blown around pretty good where ever I put the tube. Very cool idea.

I started thinking about all the air being moved around by intake and exhaust fans, it seems like you lose a lot of co2 just from that.

In that pic there is 6 plants with a screen that is 27" wide by, 19"deep, divided into 3 parts so one can be harvested every 3 weeks. I have 8 23 watt cfls for light in the flower area and in the vegg area I have some T-8 florous and some cfls in clamp lights. Im making a new cabinet that will have a 150 watts hps and Like 100 watt cfl for the 2 areas. I have been fighting some very high temps, and it's messed up some of my plants, but thats why I like to do a perpetual harvest, its easier to learn on the job. I can get over an ounce every three weeks, which is more than enough for me. But if you smoke more than that, just scale it up and make it bigger. my new cab willl be a v-scrog. this is a plant I have training under the screen

that would work pretty good, you should use that one with like a 150 watt hps for flower, and another box on top for vegg. Should keep you smoking.

Oh damn, I was at work today taking out the trash, and a saw something that blew my mind. Someone threw away a cabinet in our dumpster. I looked it over, its about 3'x3'x3' perfect condition. I want to turn it in to a grow box soooooooo fucking bad, but I don't think I can fit it any where

Ok, I've had a bookshelf in my closest for some time now, and decided to turn it into a grow box. I gave it about 10 coats of white paint to reflect light (Now my room smells like paint hardcore, I keep sneezing).

First open a window before you fry any more brain cells. That shit's not cool.

Use primer next time. You had to use so much paint because the grain absorbs all the paint without primer. You'd have equal if not better results with a single coat of white primer and a coat of white paint. And I recommend using a roller, only a brush for the details/crevasses (assuming you're painting something already assembled like this one).

Dude, it's eating away at the back of my mind, I can't pass this up.
I'm about to go back up there and take some measurements and see where I can put it.
It's funny though, just yesterday I was wishing I had a bigger cab to work with, then BAM! I find this one in the dumpster.

The reason I had to add so much paint is that the shelf is made of particle board and it has that plastic covering on it that has that wood color paint to it. I had painted it once before, but the slightest abrasion would take chucks of paint off, so I added a thicker coat so it would hold. None of that might not matter now if I use this cabinet I found today.
