which month do you plant outdoor and which month is harvest?

I plant after the chance of frost has past. The harvest is STRAIN dependent, it can vary by 60 days or more. Last year I harvested my Great White Shark, Sept. 21, and my Thai Super Skunk, got cut Dec. 7.

That all depends on which strain you're planting. Generally the planting months are April and May, and the harvest months are October and November. However, there's a lot of debate on precisely which dates are best for the species in general with considerable variation granted for particular strains. I know that Indicas flower faster, and may be harvested as early as September, or even late August. What exactly do you have in the works?
