Germinating autoflowers??

So I've been reading and I cannot find information on how to properly germinate autoflower seeds..
I've read that you are not supposed to pre-germinate (papertowel/soak methods)

I'm really confused and would really appreciate it if someone that has experience with autos can help me

Germ them the same way as any other seed.. Don't stress it, just be gentle..

Yes, same as regular seeds, but try to put them in their final pots as soon as you can (at least in small or real autos)
