They switched positions again. Bill now has 58 Billion. He Dropped out of Harvard, never Graduated.
Are you being serious, or you just messing with me? Because I have too much respect for you to think you don't understand that the computer program degree from harvard in 1973 may not have even existed when Bill gates who was a computer genius here is a fun little snippet:
Gates graduated from Lakeside School in 1973. He scored 1590 out of 1600 on the
SAT[19] and enrolled at
Harvard College in the autumn of 1973.
[20] While at Harvard, he met
Steve Ballmer, who later succeeded Gates as CEO of Microsoft. In his sophomore year, Gates devised an algorithm for
pancake sorting as a solution to one of a series of unsolved problems
[21] presented in a
combinatorics class by one of his professors. Gates' solution, which was later formalized in a published paper in collaboration with Harvard computer scientist
Christos Papadimitriou [22], held the record as the fastest version for over thirty years
[21][23]; its successor is faster by only one percent
[21]. Gates did not have a definite study plan while a student at Harvard
[24] and spent a lot of time using the school's computers.
What degree should he have stuck around to get? Face it this guy was way ahead of his time. But lets look at who he hires shall we?
Im literally going down the list:

J Allard
Chief Experience Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Entertainment and Devices Division
Allard holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Boston University and was recognized in 2003 as a Distinguished Alumnus, the highest honor the university confers on its alumni.
Robert J. Bach President, Entertainment & Devices Division
Before joining Microsoft, Bach worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Stanford University.
harvard, ucla, Not sure where this is "A French national, Courtois obtained his diplôme des études commerciales supérieures (DECS) from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce, Nice (CERAM/Skema)" Yale, Fudan university in China, blah blah blah, you get the point.
So for the wealthiest person in the world to put such an emphasis on a higher education when he himself did not get one, doesn't it show how important it is?
Of course the insurance companies share in the blame but they are corporations and corporations are all about making money. I'm not against all regulation. Of course we need some regulation. We don't need a twisted mess of red tape, which is essentially what we have now. Hold CEO's accountable when they break the law. Insurance rates have been going up faster than income has risen but my parents have never seen this big of an increase and my mother is a 2 time cancer survivor!
I take it you are just talking about dollar amount right? Because the biggest increase was from 2001-2006, The % change is less now than it was then. This is why there had to be healthcare reform. It was going to be too expensive to the point our businesses would have been crippled if something did not change.
And I never said it was
ALL Obama's fault. I don't think he is doing a good job, and I'm not alone. A lot of people in his
OWN party don't think he's doing a good job, and liberals seldom, if ever, admit when their "boy" is failing. Well, Obama is failing big time! I don't know why I have to keep reminding you that I was complaining about a lot of the shit Bush did. Unfortunately I wasn't a member here back when Georgie boy was prez or you would've seen me holding his feet to the fire just as I'm holding the "messiah's" feet to the fire. I don't give a fuck if he's black. Makes no difference to me in the least. He could be purple or cerulean blue for all I care! He is a shitty, pompous ass, political newbie and he talks a mean game but as prez, he sucks! If in 10 or 15 years time healthcare costs come way down and everybody is happy, I'll gladly come back on here and eat my words. I doubt that will need to happen though.
Time makes fools of us all. We all know I am a liberal, and very proud of it because I do care more about human rights and know that the alternative does more to deny groups of people basic rights that I will not be able to vote for the republicans until they pull their heads out of their asses.
But economically right now Obama is trying to get the right things through to get us out of this mess. Its just a shame that what finally comes out of congress and the senate it is not even close to what it could have been and mediocre at best by the time he gets to sign it.
But again the alternative right now, less spending would be going back to depression era economics (hoover raise taxes and cut spending) simply out of fear. And although I do not think that they should increase taxes on anyone, the problem is you extend the tax cuts for everyone for two years, we have this conversation during Obamas run for the white house (smart on the republicans part to force this on him), the alternative is you put the tax cuts through for the next decade and it kills any chance of getting out of this deficit.
And luckily whatever happens in the fall wont really matter, if the dems walk over the tea party canidates or if the tea party ends up being normal republicans for the most part (minus the big three kooks) which I think will happen, they will finally have to start to contribute to running the country and some shit that is needed should get done.
We are pretty close if they don't screw the pooch to getting out of this bad economy for the most part (unemployment will still stay high though because most the people that are unemployed do not have much needed skills and will not be competitive in the job market until they do something about that themselves), so I dont have too much of an issue if republicans get into office in '10. In fact I think it would make it more likely that Obama gets reelected if the republicans take control of the house in the fall.
