Hi Moash, I just have a small concern. Those of us that are growing from seed are going to have a hard time meeting the end of November deadline. I guess I would like to see another 2-4 weeks so that those growing from seed have a fair chance to finish. Does anyone else think that another 2-4 weeks would help them to finish properly?

aight im in. bagseed. miracle grow. cfl's from walmart. tapwater. the basics. i have a 12/12 room going I'll prolly put em in there in a few weeks

the person that suggested the time frame hasnt even posted his admission pic yet
harvesting before christmas sounds better... is that enough time for u?

Whats up RIU! Its been almost 2 weeks since I joined in, so I figured its time for a little update. Here she is @ 28 days old, day 1 of 12/12. I learned a very valuable lesson with this one. When I started her in the cup I just used some older soil I had leftover from a previous grow about a year ago. Needless to say it wasnt my best choice. Ive had PH issues like you wouldnt believe. It almost killed her and I was sure I would be dropping out of the competition. However, after another week of babying her and checking my runoff ph shes looking a lot better now. I also topped her about 5 days ago and shes got 2 main colas shooting up for the light. Shes still not 100%, but shes not down for the count so Im gonna keep going and see what she does. There is still a few leaves on her that show signs of deficiencies but it has stopped progressing and all new growth is green and standing tall. Let me know what you think, and good luck to everyone else!

To be honest I haven't read it all but I would like to ask what is the actual size of the party cup... See I've drunk from many diffrent sized party cups...
Anyway, If its O.K., then I'd like to join in...
I have decided that I will germ 2 seeds and pick one to go on as my comp entry, the other will simply go on and lead a normal life in a bigger pot etc (Unless male!)
One seed is from a bag of thai my mate got,
The other is an accident from my first grow but I know both parents were good strains, I just dont know what strains...! So it's kindda like my very own strain..
Pics to follow.. once I get the right size cup that is...!!

You should be good though, as long as you can finish by the end of december! I'm going to take a few clones soon so I'll know there female

Oh I presume thats the dead line then.... and can you quickly tell me is that harvest date or dried/cured and first smoke date...??
One last question, are we using U.K. 16oz or U.S 16oz...?

yea there was a deadline for november but we realized most of us probably weren't going to make it.. Again I didn't start this grow but I was lead to believe that it just had to be harvested by december.

Seeing as how everyone, after viewing this thread, continues to want to enter into the competition, I daresay we make it an ongoing competition constantly. Continuous updates continues deadlines etc. Nah mean???
I moved two of the biggest party cups into the 12/12 closet btw. it's nighttime for those guys so no pics right now.
