Wondering about weather getting cold in mass

i have 5 plants total just took some random photos the droopy sad looking one im nervous for needs more time but not sure if its dying or if itll dry up. buds looking good no rot . im pretty happy for my first grow. anyone else have some pics of there buds??

1st time grower here. I started late with some bags seeds and a few Kona Gold seeds that i got from my uncle who lives on the Big Island, I'm located in the south shore of Massachusetts.

For a late start (mid july in the ground), they seem to be doing well, although this is my first time growing so what do I know. I think I need at least another month for the Kona Gold they just started flowering. The bag seeds flowered earlier are much further along than my Kona Gold.

I'm confused if I should build a temporary greenhouse or cover with cotton sheets at night. The next few night are supposed to get into the thirties, days avearge low 50's with mostly sun. I have some picture but I'm not sure how to post them. Any help, suggestions or tips are appriciated.

I don't have many Kona Gold seeds left so I hope to get something to use next year when I make another run at it.

If they just started flowering, their not going to make it. Your only options are to build a shelter or move the plants. Today smelled like snow,wicked. The time is near.

Thank you very much for the response. I ended up cutting down the bag weed plant, and it's drying in my basement. It was much further ahead anyway and I think I saw cloudy-tan tricomes on it under a scope.

But I saved the other -- I put a clear plastic bag over the Kona Gold plant and removed it first thing this morning, and she looks fine. Tonight is supposed to get down in the thirties again so I will do this again tonite. And then next week they are saying the temps might rise into the mid 60's. Love living in New England.

I'm just going to ride it out. I figure the Kona Gold must be hardy since they grow it on the Big Island where temps at night in the fall and winter can get very chilly. I wish I started earlier, but what can you do. This will not happen next year.

I'm thinking about building a little more permenant (at least for a month) greenhouse/shelter to help -- anyone have any thoughts/pictures on that? I've seen a few posted here and I guess I could whip something up without much effort.

Thanks very much for the help, in my research I've seen lots of people asking this same question,, so many of you must think this is lame, I'm just a newbie and I'll read more and post less in the future!!!

How tall is the gold? If it's the strain I'm thinking of it's massive! How big was the bagseed plant? Pictures would be cool!

the bag seed was about 3 - 4 foot high. Ill get some pics up tonight. The gold plant loooks much different, lighter color and more dense with buds/flowers. I cant believe i got a girl but now the winter is gonna kill her. The gold plant is pretty much the same size height wise as the bag seed plant but has a much thicker main stem with more offshoots that have more flowers. I have some pics but I don't want to use my photobucket account for obvious reasons. Any other medium, resource or format that anyone knows to post pics would be great. Thanks

my harvest was so damn good for 1st grow got 14 oz out of it and its insane i love it turned out sick. ill post pics soon. out of the 5 plants i lost 1 dew to weather got killed by the rain storms. how did everyone else turn out???

my SLH plants are still going strong. so so ripe now! im glad they got to make it, i will have my first november outdoor plant, as i plan to chop them on nov 1st. nothing but sun until then, and pleasant temps. ill post some pics soon when i take some
