66 site hydro started, opinions please.

dude. how are you going to do this in an apartment. Im trying to think of ways to get 3 1000s in my place, and unless I move out or live with candles, theres just no way to get the electricity to even appear normal. SO how you doing it? I mean how can you power this in an apartment and not have a question raised at the utility?

3kw 12hrs a day translates to approx. 75-108$ a month...

well, my electric is already 250 for everything, adding another 100 dollars to that means a $350 dollar apartment electric bill, sounds fishy to me especially since i live alone, and im here about 12hours a day, cause of my normal job, i need to move to suburbs. My dad pays close to that in a house. SO I think im being risky already in my 1 bedroom apartment already paying 250, I may add another 600watt. close to the 300 dollar point, but im stopping there for sure.

lol, electronics these days are everywhere. it's not unusual to have a 2-300$ bill for one person. before i went indoor, our monthly electric was around 600$ a month, and that's all legit stuff! lol

fridge's, pc's, lots of things take lots of power.....

I will just pay my bill and try to not worry about it, im not going to be using my heater so there is a chunk right there. I have had bigger set ups, and just paid my bill. So i'm planning on doing just same here. I will keep you updated.

amazing, maybe i am paranoid. sorry for keeping this up but im just amazed. WHat do you guys think would be the most I should be crazy enough to get billed by the electric company? I am in a manhattan apartment. like literally in a building with about 100 other apartments. so I was going to do $300.00 as im 250 already. you think it wouldnt be insane to have double that? anyone in the 5 boros with experience on this. Whats the most your bill has been in an apartment? and it doesnt matter what you have going a grow or actual uses/ I was goign to get 2 400 Blue for my fishtank before I got into growing, so I know theres always excuses for high bills. But dont want to be dumb. \

and to restate, im talking city apartment, not apartment in the woods. I mean in a building with 7 floors ya know what I mean.

i live in ne ohio and with an all electric house. i get a special rate
i pay 5.1 cents per kwh? i think thats right i know its 5.1 lol
i have 2 - 600 watt hps 4- 40watt floros 4 hydro units a space heater on 65 for the other 12 hours electric water and heat for the house water pump for my well and my bill never gets over 200 hell its been near 120 to 150 up to now guess im lucky and since my ex girlfriend moved out i started growning and my bills are actually less than when she lived here and i wasnt growing id like to add another 600 and 220 worth of t5s to veg but i just dont have the lines id have to add a few circuits and i dont want any electrician coming in here and seeing my grow

Yeah that light bill will be something to contend with. Hey comercial did you ever check out "abudsmoker" thread. He has a detailed thread on foot print schemes for lighting. You should take a look at it man. I dont think you really need all of that light.

Sorry guys, I have just been busting ass. I got the venting and filtering system set up. With a 8inch intake fan and 10 inch exhaust.

The ten inch fan pushes air back through all my heater ducting really well.

I also set up two airoponic cloners one 60 site and the other a 45 site.

I will be setting up hydro drip tubing sometime this week. Here are some pictures. I will try to be more detail oriented soon, I have just been really pressed for time.
