I bought a thing of fox fire grow big fertalizer and the guy told me to mix 1teaspoon per 1gallon jug. He told me to water with the fert solution every other watering.

Does this sound correct to you guys?

The Fox Farm Grow Big is for veg. 1 teaspoon per gallon is about right depending on how big your plant is. I'd start at 1/4 or 1/8 strength and work my way up unless your plants are pretty big - I'd still start a little less until I see how the plants react, it's better to do too little than too much.


You want Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom for flowering. Fox farm has a feeding schedule on their site with the amounts.

you can also use grow big at all stages to unlock salt bonds and unwanted mineral deposits. but yes, i use it 3 tsp/pg every other watering throughout my whole grow.

Everyone was saying 1 teaspoon too including the hydro store. Maybe foxfarm just updated it or something?

stick with one....fertilizers are over looked...people use way to much of them way to soon or at the wrong times and absolutly destroy their plants and wonder why their plants arnt doing great. you have to remember...its a weed...let it grow!
