Northern lights & Afghani Kush closet CFL grow

This is my first time growing. I have 4 plants, 3Northern Lights and 1 Afghani Kush with a 300w CFL as a main light and 4 125w smaller CFLs. I was hoping you all could tell me how my plants look. I just switched from an 18-6 light to a 12-12 2 days ago. I'm waiting for them to show me their sex. Feel free to comment on them, any help is appreciated.

how many cfl's do i need per plant? and what is the best light cycles to use?

I see a few 27w CFL's there.

Yes but they act as 150 w lights. I used an 18-6 then 12-12

no they don't. that is just a marketing gimmick. To the human eye they may seem to put out as much light as a 150W incandescant. But in plant lighting terms, they act like the 42W they actually are.
