I'm cheering for the soil just because I don't have a dro setup lol. That cooling system is interesting though it sounds tight. I was looking at a fan with an LED light on it, do you wire them the same as one without an LED?

Dude, I gotta tell you, the DWC is growing so much faster than the soil, not that the roots are in water those plants are really taking off. It's a fun experiment, to say the least.

Insane...lol...I'd need to set up the tripod for that one. Definately a kickass tool for low budget lenses, and I can only imagine the pics you'll be able to pull during late flower. I really gotta buy batteries for my camera, cause the Flip is fun, but I miss the crisp pictures of a camera.

In other news, I just did my 2nd reservoir change today, and I gotta say I'm pretty interested in the way things are turning out. They're right about rapid growth. Once you get everything dialed in, the plants really do take off, and are growing pretty nicely. When compared to the soil siblings, they're double if not triple the volume each, except for Runty...hehe...I'm hoping for at least 2 girls, but I gotta say I'd probably be happy with one, as long as I don't get skunked with all males I'm a happy camper! Thinking about doing the switch to 12/12 March 15th, but we'll see...if they get too big maybe sooner. Charging some batteries so I'm gonna put actual pics up tonight, first time trying the MVHV loupe tek with my camera, wish me luck!

Well, I done fucked up the order of everything, but the one with the pistils that stick straight up like a hard-on, thats Righty, and Lefty has the squiggly ones. Both are starting to frost up a little bit, this is them day 25 of 12/12. Anyway, i have to say i cheated, and used a expensive(4 years ago) digital camera and cropped...But some have the loupe, and some don't. It all makes me happy to look at

Hmm...I looked up a bunch of videos on YouTube and copied the ides I thought were easy and effective. I can help you, my setup is pretty much an 18 gallon tote that I bought for like 4 bucks at wally world with 6 holes cut in the lid. I got 3.75" net pots and hydroton(grow medium) at my local hydro shop, but you could make your own and use clean washed perlite. When you cut the tote lid, just make sure the holes in the lid are a bit smaller than the rim of your pots so they don't slip through the holes. Then I got a couple air pumps, but you could probably do it off one, bought from walmart again in the aquarium section for 9.95, and a couple aquarium airstones, and I run those in the water 24/7. Keep the water right about at the bottom of the pots, and if you're just starting the plants, you should water by hand once day till the roots hit the water....SUPER EASY!!!

The ones with the loupe are the blurry ones...lol...So weird about the pistils on your ladies too! It's like our girls are calling to each other, or they were sisters in another life...lol...Anyway, you're the master of the loupe, your pics are sick...guess they don't call it the MVHV tek for nothing!
