Anyone know what the exact laws of being an MMJ caregiver in Colorado are?
Anyone know where a good easy to understand Caregiver guide on the internet is?
I have spent days reading all this and that and I really am lost and can't put it all together!

It seems way too easy, So........ I must be missing something!

I went to a lawyer, paid a nice retainer and got my shit taken care of. I don't trust government in anyway shape or form. Best way to get REAL legal advice on the matter.. JMO

No it was not till this year, they have to grow 70% of what they sell, the rest must come from a state approved grow. Trying to keep the black market and the legal market seperate.

Isn't that bad? Wont disp close, and limit medicine available, and for that sake force prices up?

Exactly and make you go to one of the big disp with the money to survive the GIANT fees they have to pay. Yeah they are pushing it all back to the black market. But remember laws are to make money, they don't make taxes off of most caregivers, but they do off the disp.

No cause the laws will be in place, disp will charge 400+ an oz. A lot of people will let their cards lapse if this whole DUI thing goes through, but they will still smoke. Being a caregiver is still a good idea, but watch your p's and q's always keep things quiet and you should do ok. A lot of people are learning how hard it really is to grow, and are looking for quality meds at a good price.

Just your patients! You can still do it legal and be alright, but things are turning here i think.

Exactly! It is so vague! You have to be a lawyer to understand or at least have one!
