Clones Budding while under 24hr lighting

Got a question here and I hope someone can help me out.
I've got 23 clones under 4 fluorescent 35w/each bulb and been that way for 10 days. They were doing ok till this morning.
9 of them have started to grow hairs (FEMALES). mY QUESTION IS....WHY ARE THEY BLOOMING WHILE UNDER 24/7 LIGHTS?
What can I do anbout this. Should I increse the light to MH 200w? are my girls still ok to veg?
Help!!!

Their not blooming, there called preflowers. They will pop out if u let em veg long enough. Its a good thing, their confirmed females

Alright..i'll leave them as is...there are very small clones like 4 to 6 inches...I still have to leave them to veg for a bit yet. At least another 2 months..I also find the temp where they are located a little cool. (around 20 C) should I relocate them to warmer location?
I've got all 3 mother's of these clones in bloom for about 10 days now and are doing ok. This is my first grow so COMPLETELY new at this. I have done quite a bit of reading but I find that everyone has they're own opinion on this.
So I will leave these clones as is and I will let you know how they do in the next few days?

20°C should be fine. Sounds like you are good to go just let them be.

you are gonna veg 'em for two months and grow 'em in a closet?!? sounds liek that might be a little tight.

use the hps now, they'll grow faster you can gain time and veg less flower earlier sooner bud

Vegging for two months to be put in a closet is a risky strategy. I'd say veg until ~15'', you idealy want your plants to be 18'' from the light at all times and plants tend double or triple in size during flower.
Shown mathematically 72-18= 54
54-30=14" for grow medium (your soil in a pot I'm guessing)
54-45= 9" for grow medium
Obviously the 9" is impractical because your plant would probably get root bound. So long as you have a constant system (mothers and clones going to flowering), you won't have to worry about how big your plant gets.

Well I'll tell you what...this is my first grow and I kinda find this site has alot of ideas and controversy so...here are some pics of my cheap set up...pic #1 is my grow room..a little tight but I made it work. I have 4 fluro bulbs and also 2-100W MH bulbs on 24hr. Seems to be working no problems...all the ladies in here are clones and you will see on the last picture where they all came from.

2# is the bloom room...kinda rinky dink but hey...it worked out...I did make a mistake on the size...it's 4 ft by 8 ft with a 400W HPS.

3# are my ladies...there are actually 4 in there (you can't see them all) the one on the front right I threw in because I didn't know what gender that was was at the time...but...it's a girl. Also...all the plants you seen in the first photo came from these ladies in bloom.

4# I have a really shitty camera and I am limited to the quality of my pictur4es so I used a mag glass to show one of the buds. These girls have been in bloom for 3 weeks tomorrow. I don't think they are doing too bad.

So..what do you think??
