I posted not 3 posts later and I NEVER noticed...I guess we all got so caught up in the madness of threadjacking...we lost sight of what's REALLY IMPORTANT....that I got a good price on my HPS ;-)

I know I learned my lesson. Which was something about kittens and sex...which is still disturbing....and still oddly enticing... ;-)

Y'Know, I had to talk The Spouse- MUCH more of a pot fiend than me, and he took horticulture classes in High School- into growing at all. This took YEARS. We had 3 bagseed-plants last summer that we grew in the yard. They started in Dixie cups with Miracle Grow and nothing but sunshine in a cold ass window. Those were some SPINDLY ladies!

We live in the house I grew up in. Dad had plants inbetween the tomatoes out in the yard for many, many years. And now as I sit typing this post, listening to the exhaust fan in the walk-in closet behind me, I look forward to paying Dad his "tribute" when harvest time comes around.

Anyhow my point is that The Spouse wouldn't have tried this without my encouragement. When he gets all flustered I get to tell him to cool his jets and just think it out for a minute. Now he has a hobby that he loves to keep him company when I leave for my internship in a few weeks. I'd rather have him in the company of those ladies than some 2-bit skankazoids, 'cos I dig those chicks as much as he does. We bounce ideas and theories off each other and we read different threads on here so we both have information the other might not and vice-versa. He loves FIMming, I love LST'ing and Supercropping.

We don't have the money or time for other hobbies, and other hobbies don't come with "free" weed. Plus I like to joke to myself that my ambient estrogen encourages the plants to be girls. Lol.

I think what he was getting at is that his landlord showed up while his wife was hanging out in his grow room, he says she doesn't smoke at all, but wants to learn all about growing and such "just in case". His reaction to that was "Just in case?! WTF does that mean??"
::shrugs::

I also remember him coming back, seeing what happened in the thread he started and responding with;
