Looks healthy but will need to be transplanted soon, make sury you bury it past the two little guys at the bottom. Seems to be skinny how close and what type of lighting are you using.

yeah i've been trying to get everything ready to re-pot it. i'm using 3500 lumens of cfl's 6500k. it gets mostly direct sunlight during the day though. the lights are as close as i can get them.

you need the lights closer even though they are as close as you can get them, its stretching too much. you can put that cfl an inch from it.
