Need Help On Money For New Corperation-Please Help If You Have Experience.

Talk to a tax attorney. They could get you set up as a corporation lickity-split.

There's nothing to it. File paperwork with the Secretary of State. Issue stock at par value.

Why go corporate right out of the box? Liability is the only reason I could see. Corporate taxes and regulations are hellish. And it will be tough to capitalize a new corporation with no track record.

If it's a business you want, have some business cards printed and file paperwork for the business with your County Clerk. And start working.

Long story short, I allready became a corperation i'm not totally sure why, at first it was just the city shook me down because they wanted tax, I had filed my taxes thinking I was doing the right thing, i'm paid cash but I just filed taxes and paid on what I earned to avoid issues, then a few months later the city sends me something that i'm an unregistered buisness so I go down and explain i'm not a buisness I just work for cash, they said i'm a 1099 buisness and owe them money for taxes, so I paid then I said I might as well just become a buisness, so I came up with a name and vague idea and had some cards made and put up a web site and became an S-Corp, now i'm trying to figuer out how I can get enough money to actually launch something without putting up or looseing any more money-I know carbon credits are BS I just need to do something profitable.

What do you think? Does any one still use bumper stickers? Do you think I can have them made cheap? and sell them expensive? It would to make a living spreading the good word about Ron Paul.

I need a easy buisness plan, little to no investment, It can't require a drivers licence, and it needs to be profitable for my corperation, and nothing music or art related. Thanks for your help, oh and i'm not prostituting myself to guys.

Seriously though Mr O,
Do you know of any grants or funds or money or tax breaks available to new corperations with no money and a money losing buisness plan?
 
If my comapany has no money can I get food stamps or welfare money for the company, for lunch breaks, and to buy a office chair?

You were on the right track with the carbon credits thing, but unfortunately Owl Gore and his cohorts have that market all sewn up.

Continue looking into green energy.

If a concern has 'green' or 'sustainable' attached to it, the government will dump wheelbarrows of money on it. You could run at a loss indefinitely.

There are plenty of opportunities to bilk the government out of that money, if that trips your trigger.

I know al gore owns that scam, but could I just make something like it and tell people how great it is and sell them little buisness card, cupon things ? Like earth tickets? and when you buy them your doing great things?
