Quick question... When is the LATEST you can pollenate your girls before there is not enough time for seeds to mature...

I just read a post where FDD said he pollinated too late to get mature seeds... When is TOO LATE... ??

Obviously its never too early... But i dont want to be late to the party... =]

anyone interested in how to harvest pollen? i have several males that are just starting to flower and i will be collecting pollen and seeding several strains. anyone want to watch. i can start a journal if there is enough interest. otherwise i will breed alone.

I just milked my 1st nut today... =]

About 3 of them... Put them on a black plate massaged the ends untill they split and the yellow goodness dropped to the plate... Then i picked them up with tweezers and agitated them to be sure that i got all my spooge out... =]

Picked up my juice with a q-tip (does not stick very well had to smash it on the head) and rolled it around the tip of one of the smaller, lower bud sites... =]

Success... =]

Well i still am not sure when TOO LATE is but from what i gather the BEST time to pollinate is 4 weeks before the end of your flower cycle, or before harvest... =]

i put the male in my indoor flower room until the pods started to appear. then i just put it outside. my outside plants won't flower for 3 months.

So you have to put it outside once the balls swell... right?
