420 tv channel??

Doesn't everyone know there is a pot tv show already?
I've been watching Cannabis Planet for well over a year now.
Everything Pot, news, cooking,events etc....
I'm in Los Angeles and we have a T.V. Pot Show!
Nothing new here.

Now is it just a TV show with a variety of things, or is it a whole network? Im talking about a whole channel. If Doug Benson can get away with a movie and G4 can celebrate 4/20 with a day long pot marathon, surely a TV channel could be tested on the west coast. Im not sure what federal law would let the network get away with as far as advertising and content, but they show all kinds of things now as it is. Ive already got a ton of ideas for shows and movies. You could do a stoner movie twice a day at 4:20 am and pm, have cooking with cannibis 3 times a days(brkfst,lnch,dnnr), from like 2am-4:20am you could just play music videos of stoner bands or just show pics of awesome bud strains with some kickass music playing. you would have to pay for the channel much like playboy or penthouse tv. I would want it to send a positive a responsible message to people about pot too, its not just gonna be stupid stoner movies 24/7(although it would be funny). Maybe something like this could be the grease that helps turn the wheel of legalization in the right direction.

I can't wait until I'm at a major stadium or in Times Square and on the jumbotron they put up a mmj ad. I hope I see that before I die. A TV channel is more than I'd ever expect.

I saw that when I did a search, but I want a real cable TV network. Not an internet channel, with all kinds of buffering and small time ads that will annoy people, I think people want an actual network. I dont think advertisers would even take an internet tv channel seriously. Oh man Ive got so many ideas, I need to talk to someone about it.

I think so, but how would I go about starting this? Anybody? I know first and fore most I need money. Then what? Do I just get my ideas together and pitch it to cable providers?

you might want to contact someone whos been to school to say somewhere like full sail, or someone trained in digital editing. Shoot multiple pilots shows ( if you plan on it being a network). Or one pilot of a show to present to some network exc.. Thats my guess.
