I've done it, so I know whats up with it... I am THANKFUL I stopped when I met my wife... I haven't done any of that junk in like 4 years... I never miss it! makes my neck hurt thinkin about it

But the thing that rots their teeth the most is the extreme dry mouth they get. Dry mouth is a breeding ground for bacteria. I know everyone here has once experienced cotton-mouth and how awful it makes your breath smell. Try having that 24-7 for months or years. Their teeth rot like an apple in the sun.
