A person that immigrates to the U.S. isn't American. :p CAN be by law, but not by heritage/birth. It's why we have the birth law. =) Any baby born here is American by birth. But yes. I suppose he's a 'residing Texan'. :D

Isn't your America, Canada?
And are you suggesting that if Texas succeds they will consider Ron Paul an immigrant? Or are you suggesting that Texas isn't part of America or part of the U.S.A.? Are you calling Ron Paul an ancor baby?

:? I'm not suggesting anything. I'm stating it as a fact, that Ron Paul isn't a native Texan. There's no way to suggest that. lol
