My outdoor plant hairs are still 70%white but its to cold now how bad are they going to smk being taken a couple weeks early

You getting frost? Depending on the strain, some are more cold hardy than others so it might be fine to keep it out longer

Your harvest will be just fine...like people here have said, it really depends on how well you dry and cure the buds...that could be the deal-breaker.Also you should feel the nugs a bit, then touch your hands after... if your hands are now wet sticky thats a good sign... if you can see a lot of trichromes and you got a dank smell protruding from it, then thats also a step in the right direction! My advice would be to just yank the mofo and get ready to trim/dry/cure it properly and then BOOM you got some primo buds!
