try yogurt, pickles, and slim jims... my last weird scarf session...I think I eat a little bit of everything in my house when I get the munchies.

The key to not overdoing it is to not keep too much fun stuff in the house. Instant oatmeal is good and keeps you full... course I always have two or three packets, lol.
Im bad when it comes to the munchies,Ill have like a bowl of cereal with Pb while cooking some dinner then have another snack attack after,i should be a fatass but im not.But i dont gain weight just high metabolism from working out,but dam i disgust myself sometimes,oh well.
Peanut butter and pickle sandwich is the best munchies food.
