I just wanted to know how many of you stoners are or are trying to be in shape?

I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week. I drink whey protein shakes and creatine. Although I smoke almost everyday of the week, I like to try and keep my lungs, muscles, and joints as functional as possible.
 
Im skinny, but not in shape anymore. I really have to start going to the gym again. You should drink N-O Explode mmm caffeine and energy goodness haha
 
My metabolism is pretty good, too. Never been "skinny" since i was like 10. But I've never been "fat". Only gained weight when I was trying to, for sports or other reasons. It's fun watching your body react to different things like eating salad(lol) or working out.
 
When I was working out (and still skinny..), the trainer did the body fat percent thing on me and I was only 5.8% fat:o. All muscles :hump:
 
I smoked all through highschool and I could still run a mile in less than 5minutes, but I seriously doubt I could do it now, Id probably cough up a lung
 
I think I ran a 7 minute mile. I was happy with that. I was 6' tall and weighed 180 lbs in 8th grade. 6' 2" and 225 lbs senior year in highschool. I've always been a big dude. I'd rather be a big muscular dude, than a big fat dude. No offense to any fat people, just my preference. :D
 
I used to be in great shape,then come pretty lazy [._.]

I've been running everyday / going to the gym on weekends.

I try to keep my stamina up alot
 
I play tennis, lift weights, pushups and do hanging leg lifts every night. (Not tennis every night). It keeps me in pretty good shape.

sadly for me im disabled :(

I used to be very fit as a skateboarder and snowboarder, took MMA classes with my brother. etc.

Its good if you can blaze down and workout. Its was an enjoyable thing for me.:cry:
 
Run five miles, three days a week. Yoga, twice a week and weight training five days a week. Decided long ago, if I was going to smoke, I had to keep
myself in good shape otherwise, to balance things out.
 
ha ha its funny you should ask as i fucked up my knee i went up to 296 lb i was fat.
now i am down to 225 lb and i do leg ex. every day in the morning to try to get them better. then in the afternoon i do push up and curls and dips, and on altern days i walk. and its been doing good. plus eating right helps. good luck
 
damn, if it wasent 4 my wife hideing the remote 2 the tv i would not get off the chair exept 2 cheack on my girls! im still only 200lbs,
 
I run daily, not to far, around 3 or 4k and gym 2 or 3 times a week and i take protein. I use to take creatine but managed to rid myself of the horrible stuff (i urge anyone who has been taking it for less than 2 months to quit now!). I use to compete in Octathalon at national level, back then i was super-fit, i wanna get back like that!!!
 
Im definitely a sports fanatic...
I go gym 4x a week.. also take whey.. Optimum nutrition..
And PHD creatine...
Play football like everyday...

Sorry to hear that. How are you disabled? just curious. Snowboarding is awesome. I'm working on my terrain park skills right now. Just got the 180 board slide down and I'm proud. :D

i smoke at least an 1/8 a day sometimes more
