Low Stress Training. You can tie branches down, you can tie the main stem down, you can just tape branches to the side of your pot for a few days then let them up. Many many ways to do it, just anything that doesn't break/cut/harm the plant is LST.

low stress training its almost like scrog if u know what that is inste4d of a screen ur tieing each branch down allowing for each node to get more light turning each node and new growth from that node to become a branching growth. and as far as retoping i usually go for one node after were i cut it the first time somtimes ill do two i guess it just depends on how tight of a cluster u want of main branches

COOL i used bread ties n string before but that looks pretty low key. the string got in the way of watering

I did not want strings and shit all over the place and this way there is nothing attatched to plant to cause any damage.

I've been practicing super cropping on cut lower branches, now I have that "feel" for it would anyone suggest combining super cropping with LST, too much stress?

Cannabis is a very resilient plant and can survive just about anything. However, all that stress may become an issue causing all kinds of shit. I am sure people do it though. If you have multiple plants give it a try on 1 and see how it goes. Just my .02
