When People Say They Flushed There Plant...what Does That Mean And Why Should I Do It....

Usually this is done when someone has over nuted their soil or somethan. Flush with lots of water and that rids the nutes so you can start over.

if you have a 1 gallon pot you run 3 to 5 gallons of water through it and so on to flush out nutes and whatever else, unless you have some serious issues you shouldn't have to do it very often.

also it should be done two weeks before harvest

flushing before harvest means totally cutting off nutes to your plants 2 weeks before harvest and feeding them strait water it forces the plants to use up all fert reserves in their system so that nutes don't affect the taste of the smoke. there is also a flushing agent you can add at this point to help the plants flush totally.
