You don't mention what KIND of test... so I'll guess urine (as that's what most employers use)
1.) WATER - Drink LOTS of it
2.) WORKOUTS - Work out 2 hours everyday (if you already work out this much.. INCREASE the time). This will help your body manage the excessive amounts of water intake as the body needs water to replace what is sweat out. It also will help boost metabolism as it is burning energy and fat cells THC can be stored in. Work outs are anything that makes your heart rate increase and cause you to sweat. If you don't belong to a gym... RUN or jog (power walking won't do it in 3 days.... you need to do more)!
3.) GARLIC - I have NO proof this will do anything... other then I know it helps to CLEANSE the kidneys. To maximize the benefits.... mince it and DON'T cook it.... put loads of it in salsa and eat it on salads (lettuce contains loads of water too).
4.) The night before the test go to your gym and sit in the steam room to sweat out the extra garlic so you don't REEK when you go to the pee test. If you don't belong to a gym... make a steam room out of your bathroom...close the door and run the hot water... sit in there until you feel light headed to expel the extra garlic.
