MUSHROOMS in my soil! picture!

i had some that looked like those pop up in one of my grows. i never could identify them, so i didn't try to seek god eating them. didn't notice any ill effects on the plants either.

That's not a recognizable eatable mushroom at least in my book. I have been mushroom picking since 8.
Never the less I do not think this one are lethal. Most likely you will be vomiting for a day or two, and feel like shit. So please DO NOT eat them.

Also mushrooms do not really have a root system of a plant, so they space is taken in minimal to non existent as mushroom do not grow too deep.

They look like "Fairies Bonnets" and they are not edible as far as I know. They are not edible and not psychoactive. Lots of commercial soil mixes use compost from commercial mushroom farms and I have had button mushrooms (agaricus) pop up when the conditions for their growth are just right.
Google "Fairies Bonnets" and click on "Images" to see a bunch of pictures of them.
