I went to see if there's any info on FDD and his case and the juggalo guys thread is gone (figure it was lost in the attack on the board)

Anyone have an update?

Because he caught a Federal conspiracy (sp?) case. He isn't going anywhere for a while me thinks. Fucking sucks.

he has not been in jail since the 17th of december, more like the 17th of january of this year... i was just checking his is cali still flooded thread yesterday and he has some posts in there from late december..

He was not arrested last year.

gotta love america, innocent until proven guilty, yet i see millions of people sitting in jails who haven't even been to trial yet..

Homeland Security has allowed the feds to trample your rights. If they wish to detain you for a month or more without charging you, they will.

my friend was in for 8 years during an investigation, 8 years before he was sentenced... thats a long time for someone to sit there wondering.....
