hermie at 5th wk of flower

im starting week 6 into flower my first grow.. one looks hermie.. im keeping it i dont care the buds are big lol.

do you have other plants or just the one hermie flowering cause if you have some other ones i would move the hermie out cause once the other ones getting pollinated there bud forming stops and its energy goes into energized seed producing mode and if they have some time to go like 4 or 5 weeks no good

If you dont mind seeds the hermie is fine but i just had a buddy have his whole crop ruined of good genetics from some bag seed hermied and pollinated them including a ny diesel clone i gave him he tore it all down cause it was all seeded from the one plant that put off a few sacks.

this is not true.. there is no proof that seeded bud is any less potent than seedless buds.. people just like sensi b'cuz it's much easier to smoke than seeded bud, simple as that...
you could always pull of the stamens, male flowers, if there is only one or two of them on the plant, and more than likely they won't grow back.. just keep an eye on them for any further stamens and remove them as they show up..
or, you could just get rid of this plant all together if you have other non hermie plants growing atm..

I had one hermie at about 5 weeks recently, it was my oldest and best out of three so i threw it in a garbage bag and secluded down in the basement. I left it for a week without any attention and when i checked it to my surprise it had matured like crazy and most of the hairs had turned amber. i watered it and left it in the bag in complete darknesss for another week and it looked even frostier and redder hairs.

Slow dryed it and smoked the big nugs and hashed the lil ones.
