hey guys, just after some advice regarding selection of lamp for my cab.

heres the selection of bulbs i have which i have collected over the last year (all freebies, recycled)
ive also added their specs that i could find

Osram HQI-T 250W/D Pro 5200K 20000Lm
Philips HPI-T Plus 250W 4500K 32000Lm
Philips MH/C/U 250W 3800K 12000Lm
Sylvania HSI-TSX 250W/4K 4500K 21000Lm
Sylvania HSI-THX 250W/4K 4500K 21200Lm
Venture 250W/C/U/LU 3700K 18000Lm
Thorn SONDL 150W 2200K 14000Lm
Sylvania SHP 150W 2050K 14500Lm

Also have the control gear for all of them.

Now my question is i would like to run one of the 250w bulbs but the colour temp seems wrong, they are all MH besides the last 2 150W HPS.
which of the 250W bulbs would be best for veg and which for flowering?
I'm not buying new bulbs as i just cant afford the bulbs, so thats not an option, i want to use what i already have.
I also dont want to run any 2 of these at the same time due to power cost to run any more than one.
I used the Sylvania SHP150W hps for my last cab grow but would like a bit more oomph if you know what i mean.

What would you guys suggest?

depends how big your room is, some prefer mix spectrum for veg, like a 250w hps and a 250w mh. 6700K spectrum is recommended for proper root growth though, hps can cause stretch.

Ah yeah forgot to mention the size of the cab, it's approximately 2'L x 2'W x 3'H. Running a homemade coolhood and 6" 250cfm inline extraction fan.
Will only have 1 plant, 2 maybe. Using dwc and scrog screen attached to the lid about 6" between lid and screen. And will have about 12" between screen and coolhood glass. I have tested this setup with the 150w hps and temps are good.

out of the lights you have listed. The Osram HQI-T 250W/D Pro 5200K 20000Lm seems to me like the best one for veg. it is more in the blue spectrum. it aids in cell development. resulting is bushier plants and strong root systems. for flowering Venture 250W/C/U/LU 3700K 18000Lm. this light is more in the red spectrum. plants use this spectrum of light for flowering.
