Barney Frank once again trying to appeal to common sense. I love that man.
I actually admire some of Frank's positions as well. He is certainly better than the average congressman.

I could keep going....the feds are fucking people over, compliant or not. Why do you think congress wants to halt DEA funding? Because they're wasting money busting people in full compliance with state law. I personally know 4 collective owners that were shut down, and they were in FULL compliance with the state laws. The DEA's only argument is that MJ is still federally illegal.
Yeah, not sure about the east side, but the west side of the evergreen took a huge hit last year, collectives straight disappeared... Looks like new ones are on the rise but it has been a bitch.
no one is going to watch a 45 minute video just to further prove that you are lacking evidence.
why don't you just cite the relevant part where they name proven cases of fully state compliant growers being busted by the feds. give me a time stamp. it's a 45 minute video FFS.
how'd cloning go? what method you using?

you should probably keep going until you come up with an actual arrest. there are two examples of compliant growers having their stashes taken with no arrest whatsoever.
some crackdown, especially when you consider the enormous surge of dispensaries following the holder memo.
only a retard would try to debate otherwise.
Why are they going after patients in full compliance with state law? You make no sense man.
i make no sense for pointing out that there is still no citation of an arrest by the feds for someone compliant with state laws?
fluoride.
You make no sense because you are a DEA propagandist.
The evidence of a massive federal crackdown on MMJ is plain as day. Left wing magazines and blogs have written lengthy articles about it, US attorneys have issued policy statements that outline their intentions and make it clear that no MMJ clinic will be spared. The Holder memo itself is an empty vessel; it specifically says the DEA might arrest you even if you scrupulously follow state law.
You will probably still be fellating Obama after the DEA puts you in a federal prison cell for your "legal grow".
you just love the thought of growers going to jail, you sick hypocrite.
lol, we still have dispensaries operating here in oregon. nothing in our law provides for dispensaries to exist. some crackdown.
you just sit there and fap to the thought of growers going to jail. you love seeing growers go to jail because it makes obama look bad. how awesome of you.
facts is that MMJ has taken off more rapidly under obama than at any other time ever. obama has the most MMJ friendly position of any president or viable candidate ever. of course there are going to be more busts if there are way more dispensaries, you aren't so naive as to think that every new shop is going to follow the letter of the law, are you?
you just love the thought of growers going to jail, you sick hypocrite.
I am conflicted about growers going to jail when they spend endless hours arguing for Obama and against Ron Paul, when the choice between those two on this very specific issue is so clear. I detest the war on drugs, so my natural inclination is to be sympathetic to anybody busted for cannabis. When the person busted spends lots of time supporting the status quo it becomes difficult to feel much sympathy though.
wow, so growers deserve it if they support the most MMJ friendly president ever, especially if they don't like the guy who thinks any state that wants to can lock you up and throw away the key for growing.
so your view is that cannabis prohibition is hunky dory as long as one government says so and not another?
you're a complete dipshit.
How the fuck you think you're a so called a mmj patient? because your state voted it in so wtf you rambling about?
Everyone knows hes a troll.
