Must be nice. Here in Colorado things got so crazy prices now run between $150 - $175 and we're regulated up the ass, caregivers arent even legally allowed to sell for more than the cost to produce it. Maine is starting to sound pretty damn good...lol.

the difficultly arises in the dealing with said patients..

their are many patients in needs, fewer are reliable paying patients, fewer still don't have weird hang-ups.. lol it's all part of any business but since this thing got mmj legal peoples expectations are all over the place. . mostly when it comes to pricing though..

I hear that, it is the most frustrating thing about being a caregiver, but I suppose any time you're dealing with people it goes with the territory.

Heaven forbid that someone might make a few bucks for their trouble, or employ their expertise helping people and making a living at the same time. I'm sure that concern for patients and the price they pay for meds is not even the first concern for the state, it's the idea of anybody making a dollar from cannabis.

What he said. ^^^

I dont need to make enough to drive a new Porsche, but I do need to pay the bills and have a couple bucks for a soda pop.
And lets not forget frikn gas prices... Its a sad day when it costs almost 80$ to fill a honda...

WALdo COUNTY.....its the most under policed area in maine....without being Uncommutable.....i can still work in SO maine and ive been growing indoor and out for years

my girl lives in waldo county, i thought she did, and you're right, i have never seen cop one around her area while i was up there, and her town doesn't even have a police dpt, the staties are responsible for her town, but i've never seen one..

3.59!?

its almost 4 here. 3.80ish is cheap here..

yah, that's the one thing that is cheaper in my state.. people come from across the bridge, from the other state all the time simply to get gas..
not only that, but we don't have to pump out own either..

yeah idk, 3.80 sumthing, I think I last paid 3.88 ?? only get gas every couple of days.. but a 20 spot is only bout 1/4 tank. so i figure about 80 bucks to fill it..

My gf lives in Cape Elizabeth. There's a Cumby's down there and what used to be Mobil across the street (something else now). They have something of a gas war going on I guess. they're both like 3.51 lol

Dang, I am giving my stuff away, but it is family.

How does the average patient use in a month?

I'll be taking on more patients soon. I was think around $200 / oz or maybe even donate if they are low income. I'd like to find some really sick patients, but haven't had any luck.

I live way up North in Aroostook County and it's beautiful up here if you can stand the winters. Everyone is amazingly friendly and nice and there's lots of tokers around of all ages. It's becoming a joke that Potatoes and Marijuana are our staple crops...

I too call this place home! lol

Aroostook is great, jus gotta have a income or be independently wealthy, job searchin sucks up there. I still have a few good friends livn up there. P.I., Caribou, Fort (fairfield, not kent, fuck them) Easton, Blaine. and my personel favs mapleton, washburn... the super quiet life there....

Presque Isle is nice, spent plenty of time there, cops are generally friendly towards smokers too. A lot of meth labs have been popping up there lately sadly. Easton and Blaine are barely towns lol. Though I've heard in the past both were quite a bit larger.

I have heard meth is a problem up there now also. its been years since i been up there tho. easton and blaine larger? I dont know about that hahah....

Still tho, if money wasnt a problem, id live there again.

Believe it or not I've heard that back quite some time ago, most likely turn of the 19th century, they were pretty respectable in size.

I have a brother in law that hails from Blaine, and most recently he and my sister lived in Mars Hill. They're in NH currently however.
