okay that is true if thats what u were trying to say lol, yes males typically are taller and slightly faster growing.
update, there are 8 female plants
pretty happy about the ratio from bc so far on my first buy from them

Being your first grow, you sure did pick a perfect strain. Easy as hell to grow. She can take pretty heavy feedings. And super dank!
IMPORTANT TIP:
She needs to be flushed very good for the last 2 weeks. Flush at beginning of week 8 thru 9. May need alittle longer in the jar as well.
This way she will burn with a white ash. If you dont flush her Extremely well, she wont burn good. Like black charcoal, because she has such dense, sticky calayx's. Other than that you will truly enjoy this fine smoke. You should have the dankest, purplest garden on here when its ready for harvest. Good Luck and Happy Gardening.

I have 4 SSSDH plants in veg from regular seed at day 28. 3 of them are the same height and look very similar. The 4th one is much thicker, taller, and more vigorous. I would bet my life on it that I have 3 females and 1 male just by the height and growth. I grew out 4 Skunk #1's and 2 were small and the other 2 very large. The 2 smalls were the females and the 2 large were the males. You cant tell ALL the time by this but mostly it stays true. After they get about 12" tall they show preflowers anyways so I never did get the whole switching ligt cycles to sex them. Seems like a waste to me when they are gonna show sex anyways soon enough.
The 3 pics are WIBTB females. The 1 pic standing long is WIBTB the male. Ill get a pic as a group so you can see how the possible male is 2 inches taller and the stalk alot thicker. The 3 females are all the same height.

playing around with what it likes, always start off with lower ratios and build up. just try keeping them at health lush green color.
also your soil might have stuff that will last the plant for about 20-40 depending whats in it

expect those sssdh to stretch alot.... like 75% if you dont top. I have one in a 1 gallon, that thing is over 3 ft tall because I didnt top, outgrew the side of the light.

I had some real problems ordering from CA. First they want real money for some reason. No Credit Card? Second, it takes the post no less than 21 days to get to my house. Maybe, if you live in Oregon you would receive better service.

my friends grandparents use the same soil they have had for the last year or two. completely clean of nutes so they know whats going into the plant.
on a side note to that statement, everyone else.... does that sound like hydro in a soil system? by definition it can be imo besides it still uses soil with nothing in it as a "medium" right?

The problem with old soil is that even though its clean of nutes, the soil is very compact rather than light and fluffy and it lacks oxygenation to the roots. You'de be better off using coco or something if you want a medium with no nutes.

Sorry bout the delay on the updating, but i have a new girlfriend so been away from computer stuff recently lol my bad guys
there are 5 new pics of whats going on in the rooms for y'all.
(pics 1&2)
first off is the hydroponic system i made from the a hightimes mag(i could find it if you want the issue date) NFT areo holds 7 plants in each row. the front row has been there for almost a week now from being cloned, as u can tell against the back row which i put in today so there have just roots to transfer. Once they have grown for a couple weeks, they head into the homedepot single buckets with an areo spray head made of pvc(dyi) on a pump. to each their own so i can cycle plants through with different nutes.

the cloner is made like the 5 gal buckets in flowering, 2 inch net cups cut in half to get the clones out with ease. im taking more of each of the mothers( one of each so i can flower them out with know what their pheno types are) i just took clones off the females randomly to get going again lol but at least one of each.

4 of the 8 strongest looking females outta the group, very lush, great structure and growth among them.

but the weaker of the 4 have been placed in here. along with the hydro buckets that chillen waiting for the hydro vegg gets alil bigger
